Red Bulls II Sign French Midfielder Bezecourt

HARRISON, N.J. – The New York Red Bulls II have announced the signing of midfielder Vincent Bezecourt for the 2016 USL season.

A native of Aire sur l’Adour, France, Bezecourt completed a strong college career for St. Francis Brooklyn this past fall as he was named to the NSCAA All-America Third Team. Over the past two seasons, Bezecourt recorded 10 goals and nine assists in 38 games.

Bezecourt also competed internationally at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia, where he recorded two goals for France as the side claimed the gold medal.

The 22-year-old spent five weeks this preseason with the Red Bulls first team, appearing in five preseason contests for the side, and scored in the Red Bulls’ 5-0 win against the Montreal Impact on Feb. 4.
