Red Bulls II Announce Preseason Camp Squad

HARRISON, N.J. – The New York Red Bulls II have unveiled a 21-player squad for its preseason preparations, with seven signed players being joined by trialists and a pair of players from the Red Bulls Academy as the club prepares for its second season in the USL.

NYRB II had previously announced the return of Stefano Bonomo, Rafael Diaz, Daniel Metzger, Konrad Plewa, and Devon Williams for their second seasons with the club, and added former Red Bulls U23 defender Tim Schmoll and former Sounders FC 2 midfielder Aaron Long.

In addition, Academy players Mason Deeds and Noah Powder will also join the squad. Deeds made a pair of appearances last season for the Red Bulls II for his first professional action.

Among the group of trialists invited to camp are Haiti National Team goalkeeper Steward Ceus, while former Red Bulls Academy players Walter Calderon and Kyle McCord will also be part of the camp. Two other players to watch could be Vincent Bezecourt and Cheikh M’baye, who join NYRB II camp after impressing in the Red Bulls’ preseason camp in Orlando, Fla.
