CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte Eagles return home this Saturday night to face off against the Wilmington Hammerheads at Queens Sports Complex at 7 p.m. ET. The Eagles currently sit in ninth place in the USL PRO standings while Wilmington sits in sixth, leading the Eagles by a difference of five points. The Eagles are within one place of playoffs with eight regular season games remaining for them to make to push to extend their season.

Estrada, a new addition to the Eagles, was recently loaned to the team from Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer, and he also provided the assist on Toby's goal to earn USL PRO Team of the Week honors.

The Hammerheads played to a 0-0 draw against Arizona United SC at Legion Stadium before making the trip to Charlotte to face the Eagles. In their last match previous to Friday night's game the Hammerheads faced off against the Rochester Rhinos, and took a 1-0 victory. The goal for the Hammerheads came from Jordan Hamilton, who currently sits in second place on the team in points with 12 from five goals and two assists.

The two teams last met when Wilmington traveled to Charlotte on May 31st and took a 2-1 victory. The Hammerheads' goals came from Manu Aparicio and Steven Miller, while Drew Yates recorded the sole goal for the Eagles.
