WILMINGTON, N.C. – Wilmington Hammerheads FC has signed goalkeeper Eric Ati for the 2016 USL season.
Ati was a member of the Charlotte Independence last season, but most recently was called into the U.S. Futsal National Team. He recently made his first appearance for the side as it prepares for CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying, which is set to be held in Costa Rica in May.
“I’m looking forward to playing in front of a passionate and dedicated fan base,” said Ati. “I believe with the players that Coach [Mark] Briggs and his staff are bringing in, we should not only compete for a playoff spot but for the championship.”

He will come in and immediately become a great asset to our team.”
