City Islanders Welcome Back Veteran Noble

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Harrisburg City Islanders have announced stalwart goalkeeper Nick Noble has re-signed for his fifth season with the club.

The 31-year-old veteran has been a consistent presence for the City Islanders throughout the past four seasons. Named to the USL All-League Second Team in 2013, Noble played a key role in the club’s run to the 2014 USL Championship, and recorded nine shutouts last season in another strong year.

Noble has made more than 100 appearances for the City Islanders, after competing first for the Chicago Fire and Austin Aztex and overseas for Ljungskile SK. Prior to turning professional, Noble played for the West Virginia Chaos and IMG Academy Bradenton in the PDL, and West Virginia University.
