HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Harrisburg City Islanders will have a new home in 2016, as the club moves to Metro Bank Park for the 2016 USL season.

The club believes the move will allow the City Islanders to enhance the fan experience at its home games this season, and was strongly supported by Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse, the Susquehanna Capital Corp., Harrisburg Senators President Kevin Kulp and the City Islanders' and Harrisburg Senators' front office staff.

"Playing our matches in Metro Bank Park will allow us to provide a whole new game day experience for our fans, staff, players and opponents," said City Islanders Owner Eric Pettis.

The City Islanders will play 10 games at Metro Bank Park in the 2016 season, starting with the club’s home opener on Friday, April 22 against Louisville City FC. The remaining five games will be played at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster, Pa., where the City Islanders hosted two contests last year, including a league contest against FC Montreal.
