LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville City FC has announced the signing of midfielder Andy Lubahn for the 2016 USL season, as the second-year pro joins the club from the Harrisburg City Islanders.
“Andrew is a guy who has seasoned skills and can play a number of positions, so we’re obviously delighted to get him on board,” Louisville City FC Coach James O’Connor said. “When we played against him in Harrisburg he showed that he had great attributes, and he’s someone we’re really looking forward to bringing in and working with this season.”

Lubahn began his professional career with the City Islanders after a standout college career for Wake Forest. A former PDL player for both the Michigan Bucks and Carolina Dynamo, Lubahn made nine appearances for Harrisburg last season after signing with the club in mid-season, and recorded one goal and three assists.While with the Demon Deacons, Lubahn earned ACC All-Freshman Team honors in 2009, and scored in the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament as Wake Forest reached the College Cup. He was also named to the ACC All-Conference Second Team in 2010.
