IRVINE, Calif. – Orange County Blues FC has announced the re-signing of forward Tyler Feeley and defender Ryan Felix for the 2016 season.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tyler and Ryan back to the OC Blues,” said Head Coach and General Manager Oliver Wyss. “The coaching staff is excited to continue to help them develop as professional players and we expect them to contribute significantly in the 2016 season.”
A mid-season addition this past year, Felix played a key role as the Blues finished at the top of the USL’s Western Conference standings at the end of the regular season. Felix made 14 appearances for the club, including nine starts, as the side conceded just six goals in its final 11 games of the regular season.
“I’m very excited for my first full season with the OC Blues,” said Felix. “I can’t wait to build on the success we had last year and challenge for the USL Championship.”

Feeley saw limited action in his first professional season after signing with the Blues from the Real Salt Lake AZ Academy at 18 years old. He made seven appearances in 2015, all as a substitute, as he became acclimated to the professional ranks.“I want to thank the coaching staff for helping me develop as a player in my first year and I’m looking forward to another great season,” said Feeley.
