IRVINE, Calif. – Orange County Blues FC made its first roster announcement of the offseason on Wednesday as Christopher “Chino” Santana was re-signed to a new deal with the club.
Santana had two goals and five assists to help the Blues finish at the top of the USL’s Western Conference in the 2015 season, and Head Coach Oliver Wyss said he was happy to see him return to the club for the new season.
“Chino [Santana] was an important part of our success last season,” said Wyss. “There were a number of teams interested in Chino so we are delighted that he has decided to stay with us. We look forward to working with him again and to continue assisting his development.”
