RICHMOND, Va. – The Richmond Kickers unveiled their uniforms for the 2016 USL season on Wednesday afternoon, as the club’s traditional red and white home kit was given a new look for the new season.
“As a longstanding partner, adidas has provided us with top-of-the-line jerseys for more than a decade and this year is no exception,” said Mike Callahan, Richmond Kickers team captain and player/assistant coach. “We are proud to represent adidas, as well as our title sponsors Woodfin and Bon Secours and look forward the team competing in the new uniforms at the home opener in front of a packed City Stadium on March 26.”
The Kickers will remain in an all-red home uniform and an all-black alternate uniform, with both holding adidas’ trademark three stripes along the sides of the body and the shorts.
